All Things Creative (ATC) is an innovative consulting firm dedicated to building stronger, healthier, and more resilient communities.

What We Do


We provide people and projects to advance health and community initiatives.

Our Clinical Staffing Unit hires and places top people with top clients. We excel at:

  • Recruiting hard-to-find talent for hard-to-reach places
  • Specializing in hiring for specific types of clinical roles
  • Identifying the source of our clients’ hiring problems and fixing them

We also have a Creative Services Unit that develops and manages communications projects and programs and runs client events and campaigns.

Our hiring process is guided by our commitment to sound values and practices:

  • Quality over quantity: We’re not a generalist staffing agency. High volume isn’t our thing. We’re small and selective, and our ultimate goal is always to match the right candidate with the right client—which increases the likelihood of better outcomes for both.
  • Honesty: We don’t post “ghost jobs.” If we have an opportunity, it’s a real one and we’re actually hiring for it. If it’s contingent on award, we make that clear up front. And we’re honest about when we’re actively hiring and when we’re building our talent pool for future openings.
  • Transparency: Whenever possible, we publish the pay range and other critical aspects of the job so candidates can make the move that’s right for them.
  • Bias-free hiring: We’re committed to eliminating bias in the hiring process. We keep our candidates’ resumes anonymous to ensure that clients focus first on skills and experience.
